Enhance self-belief, unlock your potential and become empowered!
“
Hello and welcome to my site. I’m Carole, a trained ADHD coach, merging together not only my trained experience, but also decades of lived experience as I have ADHD.
Offering a non-judgmental safe space will allow you to calm the mind and discover what lights you up to help you move towards a more regulated brain.
I can help you rediscover and tap into your strengths, develop ways to silence the inner critic, and reframe the negative into the positive, revealing tools and strategies to get you to where you would like to be.
My Sessions
My approach is empathetic and personal.
I get you; I really do! I know how hard living with ADHD can be. The overwhelming emotions and dysregulation, the procrastination and anxiety, to mention a few of the many challenging traits of ADHD.
But what if I said that I could help you in all the areas you struggle with? The non-judgmental safe space provided will allow you the time to work on yourself with guidance at hand.
If you live close to where I practice, outdoor sessions are also available; if a slow walking session appeals, or you prefer to sit within nature, allowing the time to unfold within a beautiful setting, such sessions can be arranged.
Together we can tap into your strengths and discover ways to silence the inner critic and diminish those limiting beliefs and self-deprecating thoughts.
It’s not about fitting a square peg into a square hole when all you have is a round peg. It’s about carving out your own shaped pegs and holes and embracing the unique way your brain works.
I believe we all have immense potential, and my aim is to illuminate the ways that can light you up and enable you to fulfill your goals and plans and live an authentic and rewarding life.
Patience is also key, as there is no quick fix. ADHD is for life, but with a positive approach in both body and mind, you will be able to reach your potential.
Through the coaching, tailored to each individual’s needs, my aim is to help reveal the possibilities, nurture resilience, and celebrate the diverse ways our brains are wired.
The more you choose moves that are towards your values, the more vital, effective and meaningful your life is likely to become.
But ADHD Coaching costs! What are the benefits?
Coaching can help you embrace the real you while promoting your strengths and values. This can lead to being more self-regulated and feeling less shame and guilt while discovering more productive ways of handling the challenging aspects of ADHD. This will allow a stronger sense of self to develop and a deeper connection with who you are, which can lead to a greater contentment within and the world around you.
If you’re honest with yourself, how much has ADHD cost you already? We call it an ADHD tax, and we are all guilty at some stage of getting sucked into the frequent impulse buy and then find the purchased item barely sees the light of day. Or forgetting to cancel that subscription you no longer want. Or the year long membership you paid at the gym that you only ended up going just the once, (in your expensive work-out kit). The list goes on and on!
Coaching can only improve your life if you trust the process, are prepared to do the work, and embrace all the positives and awareness coaching brings. A little bit of self care goes a long way!
Set aside half an hour of your time and book your free discovery call now!
To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself –

My Story
Throughout my life, I have used my strengths and personal resources to enable me to get by in a very dominant, neurotypical world. It wasn’t until after I was diagnosed with ADHD that another world opened up for me. I discovered a newfound freedom in embracing and accepting who I am, liberating me from the masking I had used as part of my coping mechanisms and empowering me to move forward in a more authentic way.
Becoming an ADHD coach was par for the course, and I haven’t looked back since. Helping and guiding others with ADHD was the most natural path for me to tread, and it has been richly rewarding.
