“
Hello and a very warm welcome. I’m Carole, an accredited ADHD coach, bringing together professional training with decades of lived experience of ADHD.
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can quiet the mental noise, reconnect with what lights you up, and move towards greater calm and regulation.
Together, we can explore your strengths, soften the inner critic, and begin to reframe negative self-talk into something more helpful and encouraging. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to better understand why your brain works the way it does and to embrace the unique way it is wired. From there, you can begin to move forward in calmer, more compassionate ways and make progress in areas that may once have felt difficult. I’ll help you discover practical tools and strategies to support you in moving towards the life you want.

My Sessions
My approach is deeply empathetic and personal. I truly understand how challenging life with ADHD can be — from overwhelming emotions and dysregulation to RSD, procrastination, anxiety, and so many of the other difficulties it can bring.
But what if I told you there is support for the areas you struggle with? In a non-judgmental, safe space, you’ll have the time and guidance to focus on yourself in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
If you live close to where I practise, outdoor sessions are also available. Whether you’d prefer a gentle walking session or a quiet moment sitting in nature, we can create space for the conversation to unfold in a beautiful setting.
Together, we can build on your strengths, quiet the inner critic, and begin to soften limiting beliefs and self-deprecating thoughts. This isn’t about forcing yourself into a mould that doesn’t fit — it’s about finding your own shape and embracing the unique way your brain works.
Patience is key, because there is no quick fix. ADHD is lifelong, but with a positive approach — in both mind and body — it is absolutely possible to reach your potential. Through coaching tailored to your individual needs, my goal is to help reveal new possibilities, nurture resilience, celebrate the many different ways our brains are wired, and guide you towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

The more you choose moves that are towards your values, the more vital, effective and meaningful your life is likely to become.

But ADHD Coaching costs! What are the benefits?
Coaching can help you embrace the real you while promoting your strengths and values. This can lead to being more self-regulated and feeling less shame and guilt while discovering more productive ways of handling the challenging aspects of ADHD. This will allow a stronger sense of self to develop and a deeper connection with who you are, which can lead to a greater contentment within and the world around you.
If you’re honest with yourself, how much has ADHD cost you already? We call it an ADHD tax, and we are all guilty at some stage of getting sucked into the frequent impulse buy and then find the purchased item barely sees the light of day. Or forgetting to cancel that subscription you no longer want. Or the year long membership you paid at the gym that you only ended up going just the once, (in your expensive work-out kit). The list goes on and on!
Coaching can only improve your life if you trust the process, are prepared to do the work, and embrace all the positives and awareness coaching brings. A little bit of self care goes a long way!
But wait! Enough of my marketing spiel — if coaching sounds like it might be a good fit, book a free discovery call and we can talk it through together!
To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself –

My Story
Throughout my life, I relied on my strengths and personal resources to navigate a world that often felt shaped by neurotypical sterotypes and expectations. It wasn’t until after my ADHD diagnosis that a new world began to open up for me. In embracing and accepting who I am, I found a sense of freedom that released me from the masking I had long used to cope, and empowered me to move forward with greater authenticity.
Becoming an ADHD coach felt like the natural next step, and I haven’t looked back since. Supporting and guiding adults with ADHD feels deeply aligned with who I am. It is where my passions, strengths, and love of collaboration come together in a way that feels both meaningful and rewarding.
